Idea Retailer SIM is not being recognized

Hi, I am using Xperia M dual mobile from 2 weeks.It is not recognizing IDEA retailer SIM and the same SIM is recognized by other mobiles. I did factory reset and even software update also but the problem is still there. Please tell me how to resolve this

Kindly take your phone to the nearest IDEA customer center or Univercell, Reliance Digital etc... and they might help you.

I beleive you need a sim replacement.
