Installing MIUI V5 on Xperia U

Can anyone help me with installation of MIUI V5 Rom in my Xperia U (ST25i) ?

My phone is already Rooted and i have installed CWM Recovery . And i am running on ICS (4.0.4).

yes you can always restore previous rom if you have a backup ...

to restore a cwm backup simply  boot into cwm

backup an restore

restore from sd ( make sure your backup is in the clockworkmod/backup folder )

select file to restore 

this will restore your previous rom
