Internet Connection Problem

I bought a xperia M (dual). From today I suddenly face some Internet Connection problem, while my internet connection is on through my 2nd sim, it not showing E sign for that as well as I couldn't able to surfing my browsers because of internet failure troubleshooting notice, it shows that my internet is not working, but it was on. And I have to reset each time my internet setting to get connection, but it comes only for 30 sec Or so. If u can help me.. plz suggest me some elucited solution. Or please give me  a Sony authorized  service center from kolkata

Try to change the SIM card for using mobile data: 

1. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Dual SIM settings
3. Tap the dropdown menu below SIM CARD FOR DATA TRAFFIC
4. Tap the SIM card you want to use for data traffic
