IR remote control

Hi I originally set up my remote control and it worked perfectly.  Then all of a sudden nothing works.  I have tried restarts. I have even reset the settings for the remote control all to no avail. I even have a Sony bravia TV. The app tells me everything should be working.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as this app was one of the reasons I chose Sony over apple.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the aplication?
