I am trying to sync my contacts from my phone to Microsoft outlook on my computer. I am running Windows 7 Pro and Microsoft Office 2007. I installed the newest Sony PC Suite. My first time connecting my phone to the usb cable, my phone asked whcih mode (File Transfer, phone mode, or Print). I didn't Know any better and selected File Transfer. Well PC Suite doesn't allow the sync in file transfer mode, only phone mode. It said to eject phone using windows then reconnect and select phone mode. After doing these steps, PC Suite doesn't recognize a phone connected. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling PC Suite and driver to no avail. Please help me!!!!!!! I don't know what to try next.
