lock screen wallpaper

Hey!
First, i ca't change the lock screen wallpaper. When i select settings-display-lock screen-wallpaper, it open up my gallery. now when i crop my selected picture it gives the message 'saving picture' but the lock screen wallpaper does not change

second, my phone does not vibrate in the vibrate mode

If you have a pattern lock, pin lock, password lock, anything other than swipe to unlock it wont work
