Lost my user interface on C3

Hi,
I'm using Sony Xperia C3 Android Kitkat and today I just turned off some thing in the processes and my phone lost the color in the screen. The background went black. I tried turn off the phone and turn on it back but the background of the screen not return. I regret that I can't send the screenshot here. How can I get the phone return to the previous status please. Can you help me. Please give me some information. Thank you very much.

Are you able to navigate in the menus and so on? If yes, I suggest that you change theme and/or that you change wallpaper on your phone to see if this can help.
