microphone failure

Hello,

I have done this twice now. My microphone is not working. I have tried to reset my phone, soft reset (setting reset) and hard one (factory reset) nothing works...

It happened twice while I was running, using the app: starva, listening to podcast (streaming)  when the phone rang, I answered. Next thing  I know, my microphone is not working anymore. People can only hear me if I use my headset microphone.

Last time I went to the shop I bought the phone from, they gave me a new phone. Is there any other option?

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
