Money back offer

For the last 3 weeks I've been attempting to get my £30 cash back offer on my purchase of an Experia Z3 tablet from www.sony.co.uk./tabletcashback but it's proving impossible. On occasion it states my model is invalid, although it is listed in the drop down & is the model shown in the graphics used, then it will accept the model but claim I have an invalid email address. Even though it's the same email I registered the product with and used to join this forum. Then occasionally it'll accept these let me get to the very end of the process and then on the final send will redirect me to the initial page with no error message or notification that the claim is being processed. All in all extremely frustrating & disappointing, guessing my only recourse is to try phoning and jumping through a few hoops! Anyone with similar problems when trying to claim on money back offers?
