Music Player issue

When I click "Tracks" on my Xperia Neo L, a message will pop up "Unfortunately, Music has stopped" and will bring me back to the home page.

Settings > apps > all > walkman > clear data > restart your phone > check again

Thank you so much for your prompt response. However, I was not able to find "walkman" in my apps. I however have "Music" and "Music Player" in the least. Does this help? Is this some kind of a virus stopping me to view all my music list?

Boot your phone on safe mode and then check if the issue still occurs.

You can then use Sony PC Companion and try to repair the phone.

Done booting phone on safe mode. Same error still occured.
