My Xperia E camera can't connect

I have xperia phone 'and the camera can not connect, when I was clicking the camera icon out '' unfortunately the camera has stopped'', how I fix it please help me ps:sorry for bad english

Clear data for camera under settings > apps > all > camera > clear data. Turn off the phone, remove the SD card from the phone. Start the phone again and try to access the camera.

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software >  "Repair phone".
