Phone can't be sync when doing Update Service

  Hi,

   I've reached the 'press & hold C button' part.My phone can't seem to sync.When I let go of the C button,it restarts to the mass storage part saying.."'Mass storage session ended.Now safe to remove the USB cable.I haven't even started anything yet. & yeah.My phone can't sync too.I wanna transfer files to & from the comp!

I'm assuming that you're using a Windows PC and that the phone is switched off when attempting to update.Have you tried disconnecting the USB cable and restarting the phone? Or re-booting the PC with the phone connected? Or de-installing and re-installing the update application?
