My wife's phone suddenly stopped charging a few days ago. We have left it with the charger (or rather, several different chargers) plugged in for several hours. The red LED lights up, but the phone resists any attempt to start it up. Have tried to reflash the firmware, but the PC can't get in touch with the phone at all.
Anything else I should try before sending it in for repairs?
