Phone wont start

i was downloading andriod 4 when the phone turned off and now when i try to tearn it on it shows my the sony ericsson logo and a triangel with a phone, what should i do? maybe theres a program to help and fix the phone?

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone". Do this without the phone connected to the PC. Then follow the instructions given to you in the program.
