Problem with ringtone

I am facing a serious problem with ringtone of my mobile. For every call  I am getting a hauting sound along with the ringtone when ever I recive a call from others.

I have tried updating all latest  version of OS,but could not able to fix this problem. Can any body help to fix this issue.

Haunting sound, i was talking is a  loud continous beep kind of sound. This comes when ever i recive a call along  side with my selected ring tone.It sounds to be very wierd to listen in public.Hence I am always forced to keep my mobile in vibraion mode.

Can any body help me to fix this issue.
