RAM immediately full?

Hi, im puzzled about my Xperia phone. I just turned it on again and after like 1-2minutes, it covered 700mb+ of my memory. I only have 4 games here namely Subway Surf, Jewel Saga, Zombie Smasher and Tetris. And none of those games were on. All photos, videos, music are on my SD Card so why is this happening? Please help

There are myriad reasons why, perhaps you have multiple background apps, perhaps an antivirus app?

Boot on safe mode and check again

if the problem doesn't occur on safe mode then its an app acting up
