Well my phone was going well until recently.
The ear speaker keeps dying and requires me to apply pressure on the back for it to work.
This is a hardware fault which requires a replacement.
Previously I had an Iphone where it was just a straight swap, am i able to do that within a sony store?
What is the returns procedure?
