Satio Problems

Complients of my Satio
1).When Playing Songs its getting stucked in intrevals.
2).Phone is restarting automatically some times.
3).No.Of Missed calls showing is incorrect.
I have updated software but still these problems are there.

What can I do ?

Can I return this phone to company  or can you give me any replacemt with other phone like Vivaz ?

It is going to loose Sony Ericsson Brand Name.
