Screen Damage

My phone sreen has been broken. But all other things like touch screen and display is properly working.

I just want to know it's  completely new and cover under the warranty. So this thing, I means replacement of damaged screen comes under warranty or not?

can you plaease tell us how ur screen was smashed because many have complained about this. Is it too fragile?
