screen problem

 accidentally dropped my Ray and as a result, when the screen locked , the phone gives no responce and in order to restart it i should pull the battery off. and the strange is if the phone is connected to a computer or charger or if the player working the phone is working very well .. i tried to set up a new software but the priblem is the same. thanks for all

In that case I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center.

I suggest that you contact your local support team for more info about local repair centers.

Dear Community Manager,

i went to a rabair center in Egypt to examine the phone and they told me that the phone can't be fixed because it needs a board so what is the solution.please help???

this sony xperias are bundle of problems..... iam also facing same problem here. i went to reprair center and they said it cant work,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, now i must have to leave my phone awake fool day... what a nonsense? to **bleep** with sony
