I bought a Smart Band for my wife for Xmas and I am setting up Lifelog on her Moto G.
I have created a SNE account and have created a new lifelog account however all I get when logging in is the Welcome screen that says login successful. How do I then get in to see the data?
If I hit back, I go back to the sign in screen and on the welcome screen there are no buttons to move on.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but get the same result.
Any ideas as to how I can get her past this to see the recorded data and analysis please?

Yes - installed that first and using that to open lifelog makes no difference to opening the app directly
Have you paired the device with your phone and what firmware are you using ie:ICS, JB or KK
Yes - when I hit locate Smartband, the band starts to chime and phonecalls/notifications go through the band from the phone.
It is on KitKat and says it is up to date.

Your lifelog account you created - Is this the same details as the main email account on the device as this rings a bell as an issue but I can't be sure
No the SNE account and lifelog accounts have all been set up together to ensure it all works.
Amazingly, I have just tried again and it is all now working. No idea why. I didn't do anything differently to previous attempts.
Maybe some hangover from the Sony outages.

Maybe, who knows or it may have needed some time to record events before it could sync that info
