Smartband connection

Hi!

I have a problem with my smartband. I installed Smart Connect, Smartband SWR10 and Lifelog too. But my phone doesn't show the smartband in the list of devices. If I tried to pair it via bluetooth, nothing happened. SWR10 stay paired, but there isn't any change in the device list in Smart Connect app.

I should write that my device (P4502) supports Bluetooth 4.0 and there is Android in version 4.4.2.

No, I haven't. My device hasn't got NFC.

Yes, it does. I see it in the Blueooth device list.

You should contact your device manufacturers (Aldi if I am not mistaken).
