hi. i have to re-install the original software. i can not update my phone with PC companion and update service. there was a program I used one time and it worked but i cannot remember its name. the name of the program was only one word and sounded like a human name. does anyone knows?

Perhaps you are referring to Flash Tool for Xperia (EMMA).

You should only use this if you have an unlocked bootloader.
