Software update failed....phone doesn't work xperia z1

I wanted to update my new xperia z1 using PC companion
I plugged in usb cable and I started to update 
Unwittingly, I unplugged the usb cable 
everytime I tries to turn on the phone a message occur "software update failed make sure that your phone is connected to the computer and try again"
What should I do to solve this problem??

Retry the update with sony update service.

I bought the phone from Singapore and there is no Arabic language include
