I don't know why it's very hard to make a SEN account. It always requires a new password. I think I've made my password based on the instructions.

today when i was taking pictures to send it on Line, suddenly it freeze. i can't do anything except lock screen and unlock screen (doesn't require pin eventhough i've set a lock code). i've tried to press the power and volume down buttons for about 20 seconds several times but nothing happened. any solutions?

it's alright now. i've pressed the power and volume up buttons and it worked..
