Sony ion problem while installing 6.2.B.0.211 update

Hello!

I have a problem while installing the 6.2.B.0.211 update that I need you please to help me fixing it.

My system & PC Companion showed the update alert now since july. From that period, I tried to install the update about 5 times but I'm facing the same problem: the update start to load in the "Preparing" step (before transferring the update to the phone), & here's the problem: the loading stops at some point (30% let's say) & never continues. I even kept the loading & the phone connected for hours & go out about couple of times without any success!

I checked the version of the PC Companion just in case but I have the latest one.

Could you please tell me what to do in details? Because I'm noticing that my phone needs the update cause the battery is decreasing so fast, bugs in the system & apps, using sometimes the phone internet on my PC & other problems...

Thank you so much for your help! It worked & I feel the difference now, my phone runs smoothier & faster; as for now there are no problems faced.

Just one thing please, as you know messaging/call sections background is white now, do you know how to make it black like before? The new version is awesome except for this white background as you may agree with me...

You will need to download different apps that allow you to customize the background
