Sony Xperia E buggy

I recently bought a Sony Xperia E but it keeps vibrating and going back to the home screen, i'll be in the middle of playing a game (which is also lagging a LOT) and it will vibrate multiple times and go back to home screen. Sometimes it freezes and I have to take the battery out

Is there something I can do?

Xperia E is a smartphone with limited hardware capabilities. Keeping things simple and frugal will keep the phone in a good mood. Try to disable apps like task killers, live wallpapers, custom home screen launchers, facebook (if you don't use it), data and wifi when you don't use it and weather and other unnecessary widgets.
