Sony Xperia sola internal speaker problems

i can get sound through my headset but not internal speaker.but the internal speakers are working while anyone calls to me..it is also showing "headphones connected".anyone pls help me

I have the same problem! sony fix the internal speaker problem and stop telling us to reinstall the software on the phones cause this doesn't fix anything at all, it is a bug caused by the software you are providing to your costumers phones!  You  need to make your old custumers satisfied to get new ones...that ist rude how you treat your old coustumers! All my electronic stuff in the house is from sony,  but just the phones (xperia sola, xperia s, xperia tipo)..and I really mean all of them, are having problems!

is there any dirt in the 3.5 mm jack? maybe the dirt make the phone thinks that headset connected.

to fix this problem, you will need to have the motherboard of the Xperia Sola changed. I had the same problem, thank God my phone was under warranty, first they changed  the audio chip, then the internal speaker...as the problem persisted, they changed the whole mainboard of the phone and then the problem got fixed.  So, I hope your phone is still under warranty, cause else, it is going to cost you probably more than the phone is actually worth...Good Luck
