Sony Z1 help

I just got Sony z1 from Kogan and when I have dark colors on it it shows a lot of little dots red and green

and that it does not have 16gb but only 12gb please help me

Hi,

The dots are not normal. Go to your setings panel, about, diagnostics and run a screen test. See if you still see the dots. If so then you need to get the phone checked by a service center. If you jsut got it then its definitely faulty get it replaced. 

The memory will never show you the full amount since some of it is being used for the operating system.
