sound disappear

Hi there .. 

I bought a new sony xperia z1 compact, it's perfect ! but there is a problem with the sound, it often disappears when I have call or even when I watch a video or listen to music! I should turn off the phone to get it back!

I searched a lot to solve this problem and I got nothing, I hope that you can help me with it

How can the sound dissapear? Does this occur in safe mode?

No, It's not in the safe mode. 

It's like there's no sound suddenly, for example when I call someone suddenly his sound disappear, I thought the call has been ended but simply I can't hear the caller voice

And in safe mode everything works fine?

I tried to play video and make a call and nothing happened to the sound, it's work normally. But actually the sound disappear suddenly without reason, I'm afraid that it just doesn't disappear again without no reason also
