SW2 Update hangs

I just receved my new Smartwatch 2 and when i connected it to my phone i went to update and is now stuck on the update bar, i cant access any of the menus and when i restart it all that happens i is show the conect to phone icon and after that it goes back to the update bar once ive connected my phone, ive tryed everything including uninstalling from my phone .... any help with this

Have you tried unpairing it from your phone - So you can leave the apps just open bluetooth devices and unpair

I can't think of anything else except for maybe trying to pair again via NFC when you see the connection screen - Other than that try speaking to Xperia care via chat http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/
