switching its self off randomly

i have the xperia z its only 6 weeks old!!     it will not stay on for more than 5 mins unless on the charge if it is on charge i will get about 20 mins before it will switch back on how am i ment to fix this ???? i really dont see why i should pay for this to fixed when i have had it 6 weeks !!!!

First of all I suggest that you try to start the phone in safe mode to see if you are experience the same problem:

If the problem persists in safe mode I suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone".

And if you still experience the same behavior I suggest that you contact you local Xperia support team for information about warranty and how to get your phone repaired.
