Sychronization with Outlook 2010

Hi, can I sync my xperia Z with my company Outlook 2010 without uploading the outlook information to google ? I am referring to direct sync just like iPhone with Outlook 2010 via Itune

Please advise how can I write SMS and reply What's Apps in Japanese and Chinese? When I write SMS I am unable to toggle between English, Japanese and Chinese which I can do so using iPhone. My keyboard setting is "Xperia International Keyboard". I try to select the check box for either Japanese or Chinese under the "Writing Language", I can't find either one. Please advise
