Text messaging problems.

I can't text an Irish mobile no. They start with 08 and after adding 00353 or+353 I get a message saying cant txt an 08 number
I can call them using either but not text.

Probably a software glitch.How about you try restarting your phone?It helps to empty memories and closes all running apps.Follow these steps and that might sort out the problem.
