The screen doesn't react

Hello,

My Sony suddenly froze and the screen reacted without even touching. I then rebooted my Sony cell phone, but now I can't enter the pin-code properly, because the enter-button and zero-key dont react when I enter them. Anyone having the same problem?

Just to make your phone useable for a while,

Try connecting a mouse via an On-The-Go usb cable to control your phone via a mouse.

And do what you need to do first as after this,you need to make a software repair via PCC which might take an hour or two.
