the Software Update failed Sony Xperia Z1

I started the download the software kitkat, everything went fine to the step of starting to update and it accidently stoped. i tried to restart the update but the windows pc coulldnt find my phone....
a message appearing at the phone start screen: the software update faild , make sure to connect the phone to your computer and try again.

i cant retyry it./..
what can i do

Sorry to hear that, charge your phone for 1 hour and then try again with PCC

The only thing you can do is perform a system repair and see if that fixes the issue

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)

Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

but whenever i try to fix using ur guide 
the error comes that internet connection not working whereas it is perfectly working 
what should i do?
please help me!
