Touch pen doesn't work

why I can't use a touching pen on my xperia L, I have to push hard ...

you might hurt your phone/screen if you press too hard.

Please make sure that the pen/stylus you have is made for capacitive displays. You should not have to press hard and doing so may damage it as uliwooly says.

fine, I got my xperia L about 2 months ago, and am really not happy at all.
the device screen does not support  a stylus pen use, also screen never goes off when an incoming call is finished, and the most bothering that the enter button never gets the writing "I" to the second line when texting.

i hope u find me a fast solution for  the last two issues, please.
