touch screen not responding

I just got my touchscreen replaced for a new one from the service centre and I am still facing the touch issue on the screen.multiple touches occur on pressing once and it does not even register the touches very often.i read that calibration of the screen might fix this problem.is there a way of calibrating it or the problem can never be solved?

If possible,just go straight to Sony Center and consult with them.If it is repairable,then it would be repaired for free.If it is not,then you would be given the new device of the same model,for free too.Depending on the assesment Sony made,you might get either one of those.
