Transfer to SD card

Pls when i want transfer new music i download in phone and want transfer to my SD
card.. Then i click in storage in setting.. No new music.. but i can transfer apps photoe. And videos and show how many new each them.. But music not why?

Hi @Hafar, I'm sorry to hear about the troubles with moving your music to your SD card.

Where are you downloading this music from? For example, is it music that you download as offline content from a streaming service?

Could you please try and move these music files manually using File Commander or another file manager? Are you then able to move the files that way to your SD card?

I download from snaptube... I always transfer new music from phone settings, but a few days ago when downloading new songs and I want transfer to SD card the phone settings does not appear to me new songs can transfer!
Yes from file commander i can transfer to SD card.. But why not in my phone sittng now work this function?.. Before its work

I'm afraid I wont be able to help you with a third party application.

Do you have any other music files on for example, a computer that you can transfer to the phone and see if you are able to move them to your SD card using the Settings > Storage & memory > Transfer data?
