unfortunately stopped problem

my phone (xperia neo v, mt11i, 4.0.4) is not working well. it gives the notification that com.process.acore has stopped, com.process.media has stopped.,,and list of unfortunately ......has stopped.so how i can fix this problem..i also factory reset bt problem still there...

Try a factory reset. Make sure that you backup any important data before performing factory reset.

FYI, this is an Xperia V thread, not Neo.

Anyway...

If you already tried a factory reset, then you may need to recover the firmware to a well known state.

But first do a backup (repair will erase your phone)!!

Then, repair your phone with:

Update Service (SUS)

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)
