uninstall apps

I've installed a application from playstore, now i want to remove it. But  I am unable to uninstall it, as the Uninstall button is not active for this app. Please suggest the steps to solve this..

Which app is it?

settings > apps > all > look for the app > uninstall 

Don't forget to give Kudos (Click on the half star + )
