Update Service Not Working

Hello,

i'am trying to update myn z1 with the update service instead of the usual pc companion but when i am trying to connect by pressing the volume button and insert the usb into myn phone. 

myn phone won't connect with myn pc and when i pull the usb out of myn phone or just release the volume button, myn pc freezes. 

So i hope someon can help me with this problem of give me a solution.

What operating system do you have?

I suggest you to reinstall sus.What about pc companion,does it find your phone?

Yeah pc companion works fine only sony suggested to get the most recent updates to check SUS. I will reinstall check if that fixes the problem.

Not really,the updates could come equally to both.The thing is,SUS is supposed to give better overall results.
