viewing angles problem

Dear Sony,

                                   I had recently purchased Sony Xperia SP but there is a problem with the display,  when we change the angle of the display, there are light coloured lines like brownish or whitish appearing on the display, specially when we change the angle of the display, i can see the vertical lines of brown colour when the screen is lock, when we change the angle of the display also when the display is on and when we change the angel there are lines like gap appearing on the display. I dont know what is the issue with the phone. Is this a fault? or the display pattern?

This is hard to determine over a Internet forum so I suggest that you visit any local Sony retailer to compare this with another Xperia SP. To conclude if there something wrong with your device.

                           Thnx for your reply, but i had already consulted with the authorized service centre for this issue. But i think they are ignoring this and they told me that this is the pattern of the display. But how can this be the pattern of the display if we can see the vertical lines clearly while changing  the viewing angle. Plz do tell me what i should do further asap.
