vivaz gps

the GPS of my VIVAZ doesn't work, even in the menu, I cannot find the "SATELLITE STATUS" heading, I tried to GPS in an open space without any blocking between the phone and sky, but, it still doesn't work, can someone kindly advise me how to make it work by return.

Did you connect to wi-fi somewhere first, or gprs with your operator, only garmin works alone !!

Hi

i´m having the same problem my gps stop geting satelite signal.

i´ve done everithing i found here but nothing work, i purge the assistance data, update firmware, restore phone, but nothing work.

any ideas?

firstly, to locate satellite status the vivaz need to access internet so  better confirm u hav internet on mobile.. ie gprs... try using the  correct settings..
