w580i missing 'connectivity' tab

I recently lost my phone and a friend gave me their old w580i.  Somehow I may have deleted the connectivity tab under the settings menu.  I cannot find any way to access my bluetooth for this phone.  I ran the software update service and this did not fix the problem.  Any suggestions?

Sounds very strange but you can't delete the connectivity tab.You could try phone repair via PC suite and failing that a master reset.Otherwise, you need to contact SE.

Am I correct in assuming there should be a selection under the settings menu for connectivity?

I sent a message to SE a short time ago but thought I would ask here to try a solve this more quickly.

I am brand new to this phone and family,  What is the PC Suite?
