W810i Malfunctioning Since Software Update

Help wanted why as the audio playback in my ear plugs so low since i have updated my W810i software in addition when persons call i hardly can hear them speaking in the phone... what can i do to fix this issue

Try re-running the Update service on your phone.

i did that already and it doesnt fix the situation...
