walkman crash yet again, consistent problem:(

So i got my xperia sp's software formatted and installed again. Did not have any crashing problems of walkman while browsing, but 2nd day day it crashed once and on subsequent days it crashed yet again. I guess it's a cache problem. Although I did empty next browser's cache, but the problem persists.Free ram is around 250 mb.Can Anyone plz gimme a solution to this problem? M tired of it Slightly_frowning_Face Slightly_frowning_Face

Just to clarify, is the Walkman application closing only when you are browsing using the default browser? This is very odd as the two applications are not tied together in any way. Does the application also crash when you are using it directly?

No. The problem persists with other browser also called next browser. And the walkman never crashes while using it directly or while using any other app.it crashes particularly while using 2-3 tabs at a time or while browsing heavy pages.it happens every 5-10 minutes, the Track is playing, automatically it will stop and then i have to play it again.

Is the music that you're playing at the time on the SD card or Flash Memory?

The music is stored On the sd card and the free internal memory is 3 gb.

Just to narrow down the cause of the problem, can you put some music on the internal memory and see if the same problem happens when you try to play that content?

Just tried it. Even worse. Walkman crashed 3 times within 2 minutes while playing a Track that's stored on my internal memory.

Ok, in this case given the problem and what you have tried to resolve this I can only advise you to return the phone so that it may be assessed by an authorised repair agent sorry.
