while talking my mobile getting switched off ?

Hai i am using w910i sometimes while talking my mobile getting switched off, please give idea for it.

Run the SE update service application on the phone and see if that fixes the problem.

well i have also faced same problem but i was able to set it after master reset ..

Note : Master reset resets all of your phone configuration
