the led Lights don't go up.What i can fix it?

Do you have any battery enhancement enabled such as Stamina or extended standby? (Settings > Power management).

Or do you have any downloaded applications that manages the notification LED?

I have the same problem when I enable the Stamina mode, does exists any fix to it? or I simply turn off Stamina?
