Xperia Ion crash problem

I plugged my phone in to charge it as normal last night and when I woke up this morning, the phone wont work. The LED light is flashing green, which usually indicates that it is fully charged and I have notifications, but when I press the power button to use the phone nothing happens. I have tried holding the power button down, I also tried pushing the power button and the volume up button at the same time for 10-15 seconds to do a reset, and it doesn't do anything. I also tried repairing my phone using PC Companion, but unfortunately PC Companion won't recognize my phone when I plug it into the computer anymore either. I don't know what else to do. Please help.

Hi, have a go with SUS, http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/.

If still nothing, last option is to send it to nearest service centre.

I tried that service as well, and each time that it asks me to connect the phone while holding down the volume down button, nothing happens. Thank you though.

You are welcome.  You have no choice but to send phone for repair.
